At Lunchbox Packs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new bag or accessory isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely protected for transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
